Send us the date you have in mind and we'll tell you within one business day whether it's open. Holding a date takes a $500 deposit, and that deposit isn't a fee sitting in a drawer. It buys your online ticket store, your promo materials and your planning guide, so the work starts the day you book.
You can book us with less notice than this and plenty of groups do. But ticket sales are the single biggest predictor of what you raise, and tickets need weeks to sell. Here is the honest version.
Ideal. You get first pick of dates, time to line up sponsors, and a full selling window. This is where the biggest nights come from.
Comfortable. Enough runway to promote properly and still get a good date. Most of our groups land here.
Tight but doable if your group can move fast on promotion. Call rather than email so we can be straight with you about it.
Only if you already have a captive crowd. We'll tell you honestly whether it's worth doing or whether you should push it back a month.
Fundraising has a rhythm and everyone hits the same weekends. If your date falls in a busy stretch, book earlier than you would otherwise.
School year momentum plus year-end giving. Weekend dates go first. Book by midsummer.
Spring fundraising season. Strong turnout weather and no holiday competition.
Quieter on the calendar, and often easier to get the venue you actually want.
Schools are out and families travel, but church and community groups do well in summer. Ask us.
Give us a first choice and a backup and we'll check both. No deposit is required to ask, and asking doesn't put you on a list that gets called every week.
The deposit is not a booking fee. It is the point where work begins on our side, and everything below is underway within days of your date being confirmed.
If plans change, the deposit is non-refundable but it carries over to your new date. Travel fees do not carry over and are not refunded once paid. Full detail on the pricing page and the travel policy.
You don't need it booked, but you should know what you are aiming for, and how far it is from us. Most groups get a venue donated. Venue types that work β Β· Travel & distance β
Friday and Saturday sell best almost everywhere. Thursday works for church and school crowds and gives you more date options.
You can decide this later, but it helps to have a leaning. Compare all three shows β
Call and you will get a straight answer on your date in about five minutes, plus a realistic sense of what your room might raise. No script, no pitch deck.
