Information we collect
When you submit a quote request or contact form, we collect what you type in. That is usually your name, organization, email, phone, city and state, plus anything you tell us about your cause or dates.
If you become a client, we collect what we need to run your event. That means venue details, event date, ticket pricing, and your payout details.
Like most websites, our host may record basic technical data: your IP address, browser type, and the pages you visit. Our payment provider handles ticket purchases. We never see or store full card numbers.

What we do not do

We only share information with the providers who make your event happen. That means our ticketing and payment processor, our email provider, and our website host. They get only what they need. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

Children
