Our fee is capped at $1,000. It stops completely once $2,000 has been raised, and everything past that is yours. You're guaranteed to keep at least 50% of everything raised. Most groups end up far higher.
That's the whole thing. 50/50 on the first $2,000 raised, then the fee stops and every dollar after that is yours.

The questions everybody asks about money
5% + $0.75 per ticket through the online store. Most groups add it at checkout and keep 100% of show sales. Or you can absorb it. Your call.
The $500 is non-refundable. That said, you don't lose it if plans change. Postpone, and it carries straight over to your new date.
You provide the room: a church hall, school auditorium, lodge, or event space. Most groups get it donated, and we'll help you ask.
No charge within about three hours of DFW. Further out, travel is quoted separately, sits outside the 50% guarantee, and is paid in full before show day. It's non-refundable if the event is canceled or moved. Full travel policy →
