We bring the show to you across five states.
ZingerZ is based in Pantego, Texas, just outside Fort Worth, and we travel for fundraisers throughout Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Louisiana, and New Mexico. If your group has a room and a date, we load the van and drive to it. Inside about three hours of DFW there's no travel charge at all. Past that, travel is quoted separately and you see the number before you commit.
Distance changes the logistics, not the deal
Your fundraiser fee is the same wherever we play: $500 to hold the date, capped at $1,000 total, and a 50% profit minimum in writing. What changes with distance is the schedule and, past about three hours, a separate travel cost. See the travel policy →
Home turf. We can meet you in person to walk the room, and we're back at the venue on show day with hours to spare.
Most of Oklahoma, east Texas, north Louisiana, and south Arkansas. We arrive early afternoon, set up, run sound check, and drive home after the show.
New Mexico, the Gulf Coast, the Valley and far west Texas. We come in the night before so weather or traffic can't touch your event.

Every city below is inside our regular touring range. Click any one to start a quote for that area, or just call us. If your town is small enough that it's not listed, that's not a no. We play a lot of rooms in towns nobody lists.
Texas
51 metros and townsOur home state. We play everything from a 900-seat high school auditorium in the Metroplex to a fellowship hall in a town of 3,000. Texas groups get the shortest lead time because we're already here.
Oklahoma
20 metros and townsA short drive north, and one of our most active regions for school and church fundraisers. Most of Oklahoma is a same-day trip for us.
Arkansas
17 metros and townsNorthwest Arkansas, Little Rock, and the river valley are all within comfortable range. Texarkana groups can pull from both sides of the state line, which usually means a bigger room.
Louisiana
18 metros and townsNorth Louisiana is a day trip. The southern half we treat as an overnight so nothing on I-20 or I-10 can make us late. Louisiana crowds are loud, which is exactly what an auction wants.
New Mexico
14 metros and townsOur newest region. These are overnight trips and they book further out, so if you're in New Mexico, start the conversation earlier than you think you need to.
The kind of venue this works in
You supply the room. Most groups get one donated, and we'll help you make the ask. What we need is simple: seats for your crowd, power, and somewhere for people to stand and pay at the end of the night.
What people ask before they book from out of state

Then we play the room you have. A gym with folding chairs has done better for some groups than a nice theater did for others. The crowd matters more than the building.
We bring what the show needs and we tell you in advance exactly what your venue has to provide. Nobody gets a surprise at 4pm on show day.
Ask anyway. We have gone further for the right group and the right cause. The worst that happens is we say the distance doesn't work.
